Great ride this morning!!!
Feeling stronger and stronger!!! :) but I have to beware that I will be burnt out next week due to this week of high training stress and intensity factor! So far So good! keep on dude!

Went to catch a moive with jr... ( The ghosts must be crazy)... oh welll..... Singapore Film makers are just ....... no comments.... The first part of the film director by jack neo was actually okay as it's suppose to be comdey. but the second part of the film director by mark lee was like LAME!!! like wth....

time to get to bed... my bed is missing me!!! :)
